Due to the fact that leather is a natural material there is often a variation in colour between types of leather and indeed between individual skins. We are always pleased to send colour samples of our stock leathers.

We use SADDLE HIDE leather which is tanned in the traditional way with oak bark and plant extracts to produce a firm leather with a close, even grain. It is very hard wearing and will mellow with age and use. Bags made in this leather are usually unlined. It is available in black and chestnut.
